What is an upgrade?

An upgrade is an additional feature, tool or connectivity to a third party service (i.e. RMS, POS, digital room keys, accounting software, etc). This way, you can customise your RoomRaccoon HMS to best serve your property’s individual needs. 

Can my accounting system link to RoomRaccoon?

RoomRaccoon connects to a number of excellent accounting software packages to ensure seamless accounting, see the full list here. An accounting connection can be included as an upgrade

Is there a sign-up or activation cost?

Yes, there is a one-time activation fee that applies to all packages.

How much is the activation fee?

The activation fee is twice the amount (2x) of a monthly subscription regardless of your chosen package or contract type. For example, if you subscribed to the Premium Package for £350 per month then your once-off activation is £700. 

How much does an upgrade cost?

Upgrades are included in our higher-tier packages. For example, if you chose the Premium Package you can choose three upgrades to be included in your package. 

Good to know: Upgrades are not charged individually. Instead, you will simply be upgraded to a higher tier package based on the number of upgrades you request. 

When is the activation fee invoiced?

You’ll be charged an activation fee on your first billable invoice.
